Creative colors for Biberach: Graffiti workshop for kids aged 10 and over!

A new creative adventure awaits children and young people in Biberach! A graffiti workshop led by the talented artist will start soon, on Monday June 23rd Jan Schaarschmidt. The workshop is aimed at all young artists aged 10 and over and takes place every Monday from 4.30 p.m. to 6 p.m. There are a total of five dates until July 21st, which will allow participants to immerse themselves in the colorful world of graffiti art.

In the first sessions, the kids not only gain an exciting insight into the history and cultural background of graffiti art, but also practical skills. You will learn central terms of the scene and develop your own sketches and spray techniques on canvas under guidance. At the end of the workshop, participants can proudly take their designed canvases home with them. An additional tip for registering is to wear old clothes, as it can get some paint!

Details about the workshop

Participation in this creative offer not only entails a nominal material contribution of 15 euros - so participants keep their works of art - but also great opportunities for personal creativity and expression. For further information on registration, the doors of the Biberach Youth Art School are open: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The school can be reached by telephone at 301984 or online at www.juks-biberach.de.

What is particularly exciting is that the content of the workshop is not limited to creative techniques. How Unity Arts reports, the workshop also includes a comprehensive theoretical introduction to the origins, forms and legal aspects of graffiti art. Here, participants not only learn how to bring their ideas to life, but also how to do so respectfully and responsibly.

Promote creativity and responsibility

The workshops offer an excellent platform to promote creative realization. Like the page Hero Education explains, the young people are also given an awareness of their living space and social responsibility. Through constructive exchange in the group and guidance from experienced graffiti educators, participants not only learn how to design their surroundings creatively, but also that respect for other people's property and public space are important.

Such an offer could be an enriching experience for many young people in the Biberach area. Thanks to creative guidance, participants are encouraged to express their own voice through art. Anyone interested in taking part should register quickly – places are in high demand!
