Kirchheim unter Teck, Deutschland - in Kirchheim unter Teck will be on the gas pipes from July 14, 2025. The Netze BW has announced that it would move a total of about 400 meters of new lines, mainly made of plastic, to replace the old steel pipes. This will affect Allenstrasse, Mühlgasse and Kanalstrasse. The first construction phase focuses on the Max-Eyth-Straße/Allenstraße intersection and lasts until August 1st. For residents and road users, this means certain restrictions, since closures and necessary diversions can be expected during this time. The second construction phase between Allenstrasse and Plochinger Straße from 4 to 29 August will be implemented. The Martinskirche bus stop is also not served during this time. The third construction phase, which extends from Mühlgasse to Kanalstrasse, is planned for the period from 1 to 12 September, followed by a fourth section that includes the laying of approx. 80 meters in Kanalstrasse 13-28 between September 15 and October 3. If the current construction sites in the city are not enough, you also have to adjust to additional diversions in the area of Schöllkopfstrasse. Due to civil engineering work for the connection of two gas lines, there are delays that are expected to continue until May 24th. Here, too, there is a one -way regulation in Boschstrasse that remains maintained during the work. On Wednesday you open a gas slide in the area of Hegelstrasse/Zähringer Straße. Road users from the direction of the Autobahn and Stuttgarter Straße cannot then turn to Zähringer Straße, so that detours are necessary. Turning from Schöllkopfstraße to Ziegelstrasse is then not allowed, whereas the turning from Ziegelstraße into Schöllkopfstrasse will only be possible to Gaiserplatz. Line traffic should also be impaired over the entire period of this construction work - lines 914, 161, 163, 164, 165 and 168, with replacement stops being set up.
