On July 7, 2025, President Christiane Hinrichsmeyer will hand over the chain of office to Renate Zimmermann and Ingeborg Wirtky at IWC Böblingen. The club supports social projects and is hosting a second hand bazaar on October 14th and 15th, 2025 in the congress hall.
Double joy: IWC Böblingen elects new presidents and starts bazaar!
An important day for the Inner Wheel Club (IWC) Böblingen: The change of presidency took place on July 7, 2025. Christiane Hinrichsmeyer ceremoniously handed over the chain of office to the new presidents Renate Zimmermann and Ingeborg Wirtky. This means that the club will be led by dual leadership in 2025/26. The continuity in leadership promises that the club's social projects will continue to be promoted. The IWC Böblingen continues to support initiatives such as Thamar, Amila and the Mevesta Youth Welfare Association, as well as the outpatient and inpatient child and youth hospice service.
The second hand bazaar, which will take place on October 14th and 15th, 2025 in the Böblingen Congress Hall, will be particularly exciting. This bazaar can already look back on a 15-year success story and has established itself as a true model of success. This is an opportunity to do good business and at the same time support the club's social projects. The event is very popular and attracts large numbers of visitors.
The bazaar of beautiful things
Another highlight is the “Bazaar of Beautiful Things”, which is organized by the Inner Wheel Club Altena-Werdohl-Plettenberg. On Friday, November 8th, visitors can browse in Eiringhausen from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Whether accessories such as scarves and jewelry, selected second-hand clothing or a wide range of books and decorative items - there is something for everyone here. Finger food, cake and coffee ensure your physical well-being.
