What's new at 1. FC Heidenheim 1846? An important note for all members: The annual membership fee is just around the corner and is due on January 15, 2026. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, the contribution is debited from the bank details on file via SEPA direct debit the Union communicates.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, members should email any changes to their bank details by December 15, 2025 members@fc-heidenheim.de transmit. If the postal address has changed, it can be easily adjusted by logging into your user account. A shot in the oven can happen quickly, but with the right information everything stays okay!
Why SEPA makes sense
The SEPA direct debit, which has replaced national direct debit since 2014, has many advantages for club members. It allows contributions to be debited directly from the account, making things easier for everyone involved. Members simply need to issue a SEPA mandate containing details of their account holder, membership number and the association itself, such as MyClub explained.
SEPA stands for “Single Euro Payments Area” and is a uniform payment area in Europe. The advantages are obvious: punctual payments and fewer errors in transfers are just some of the advantages that the procedure brings with it. In addition, there are fixed due dates and a lower administrative burden for the association - that's good business for everyone!
Important details about the SEPA mandate
Members should consider a few points before granting their SEPA mandate. Mandates that have not been used for 36 months must be considered invalid. If necessary, a chargeback can be made within eight weeks of the debit. And the costs also vary depending on the bank, so please take a look at the conditions so that there are no surprises.
1. FC Heidenheim is happy about all members who contribute to the further development of the club. With a good hand in accounting and the correct handling of bank details, the membership fee is collected on time and smoothly. Let's work together to ensure that 2026 is a great year for the club!
