On Thursday, July 17th, the wild herb expert Dorisa Winkenbach from Weinheim will lead curious nature lovers through the summer meadows and fields on an exciting wild herb. The meeting point is at 5 p.m. in the parking lot at the cemetery in Weinheim-Nord. Registration is not required, so that spontaneous participants are welcome.

For just 23 euros, the participants can expect an eventful afternoon where they get to know the secrets of the summer flowers, the summer grass and the seeds. The course duration is about two hours, in which, among other things, herbs such as nettle seeds, wild card and evening primrose are in focus. Tips for preservation, processing and delicious recipes are also provided. In this way, the participants can not only recognize the healthy wild herbs, but also use it in practice. Children up to the age of twelve can take part in the course free of charge, which makes this excursion a great family day.
