Energy advice for Jesingen: Use it free of charge and individually until July!

Something is happening in the area of ​​energy consulting in Kirchheim unter Teck. The city is launching a new round of its popular energy advice campaign on June 30, 2025, which is specifically focused on the Jesingen district. During this period until the end of July 2025, over 60 free on-site consultations are available. A very special introduction to this campaign will take place on June 24th with an information lecture in the Jesingen Evangelical Community Center.

The lecture, which begins at 6:30 p.m., is entitled “Maintaining, renovating and modernizing your house for the future.” The evening's speaker is the experienced energy consultant Daniel Reuter, who will offer the listeners valuable information on energy renovation, heating replacement, legal requirements and various funding opportunities. Following the lecture, consultation appointments can be booked in order to address the local circumstances individually. Thanks to the collaboration with the Baden-Württemberg Consumer Center e. V. and the Esslingen District Climate Protection Agency, the advice is provided by qualified experts. The city also covers part of the costs: the advice itself only costs citizens 30 euros.

On-site visits for individual solutions

The consultations are carefully tailored to each building and include personal home visits by the energy consultants. They support house and apartment owners in developing tailor-made energy concepts. EE-Experten GmbH, which also offers energy consulting services, has many years of experience and in-depth knowledge of optimizing energy efficiency and finding sustainable solutions. The services include, among other things, the creation of energy certificates and support with energy-efficient renovations.

At the same time, energy consulting options have also become more attractive due to nationwide funding, as BAFA describes. Owners can benefit from subsidies of up to 650 euros for one- or two-family homes. But residential buildings with three units or more can also benefit from attractive funding of 850 euros. There is also an additional bonus of 250 euros for homeowners' associations if the results are presented at a meeting.

Applications for these grants can be made via the BAFA portal and the processing time is usually around two weeks. It should be noted that the application must be submitted before the start of the project and that consultation can only begin after the application has been submitted. It is important to carry out an on-site inspection of the building by the energy consultants. For those who are interested in the upcoming energy consulting campaign, registration for consultation appointments is possible on site from June 24th and also online from June 25th, 2025. Inquiries from Jesingen will preferably be processed, but of course interested parties from all over the city are also welcome.

The energy advice campaign is not only a step towards a more sustainable future, but also offers the citizens of Kirchheim unter Teck an excellent opportunity to receive expert support in making their homes energy efficient and future-proof.
