A look at the numbers shows that lending increased by remarkable 274 million euros, which corresponds to an increase of 6.7 % and reaches a total scope of 4.4 billion euros. Customer deposits also increased by 325 million euros (+7.5 %) to 4.7 billion euros. All in all, the total customer volume amounts to 13.4 billion euros and is 6.5 % higher than in the previous year, as the Volksbank Mittlerer Neckar informed.

The pleasing result is also reflected in the profits. The interest surplus rose to EUR 100.8 million (+5.3 %), while the commission surplus increased by 3.9 % to EUR 37.2 million. The operating result before evaluation climbed by 1.9 % to 54.5 million euros. Another highlight is the annual surplus that is 8.6 million euros after taxes.

The bank currently employs 753 employees, including 46 trainees. In addition, a dividend of 4 % for the representative assembly, which took place on June 30, 2025, is planned. On this occasion, a change of personnel was also announced on the Supervisory Board, which illustrates that fresh wind blows into the leadership.

Latest information from BvR show that cooperative banks promoted a total of 176 million euros for regionality and social cohesion last year. This corresponds to an increase of 9 million euros compared to the previous year.
