On June 27, 2025, the company was awarded the renowned innovation competition TOP 100 in Mainz. But what makes Wifo so special? The company has established a corporate culture that aims at the setting. In a scientifically sound procedure, led by Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke, 364 medium-sized companies were examined, with only 262 the coveted Top 100 seal 2025 received. The five categories were particularly highlighted: innovation-promoting top management, innovation climate, innovative processes and organization, external orientation/open innovation as well as the success of innovation. WIFO was robust and future -oriented in all aspects.

A central point is the introduction of the role of the innovation coordinator, which ensures that ideas can be adjusted to the market more quickly. Patrick Edelmann, the innovation coordinator, has the task of bundle new ideas and evaluating their chances of success. This enables the project teams to start realizing new concepts within two weeks.

Technologically, WIFO relies on the use of artificial intelligence to increase efficiency in everyday brokerage life. By using the AI "Viki", inventory information is automatically evaluated, which significantly reduces the workload. Managing Director Sven Burkart emphasizes the need for clear structures and the importance of courageous decisions for innovative solutions. Active feedback is used by the brokers to continuously optimize and adapt the offer.
