Neckarsulm, Deutschland - What is happening at the Audi location Neckarsulm? On June 23, 2025, the work opens its doors to everyone who is interested in training or a dual degree at Audi. From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. there is the possibility to find out more about the various training content and application tips. Interested parties are cordially invited to come by without prior registration. Access to the factory takes place via gate 2, where numerous hands -on activities for visitors: wait inside to find the right job.

Around 830 young people will begin their training or dual studies at Audi in Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm in September. About 290 of them in Neckarsulm. Audi has specialized in training their own young people in order to ensure the long -term competitiveness of the company in Germany. The focus is on future issues such as electromobility and digitization, which are also part of the training content. Opel development promises an exciting future for all new talents.

The training at Audi includes professions such as car mechatronics engineers, industrial clerks and warehouse logistics specialists. Training as a car mechatronics engineer, which teaches, for example, teaches how to deal with high-voltage technology and networked systems. In addition, ICT knowledge and an additional qualification to the electrical specialist are added, which are essential in the digital world of today. Graduates are well prepared for the challenges in the highly automated manufacturing environment.

The new dual course of mechatronics with the specialization in electromobility starts in cooperation with the dual school in Baden-Württemberg (DHBW). The practical part takes place directly in the Audi plant, which deals intensively with the development of fuel cells. A new course in electrical engineering on energy and the environment will also be offered in the future. The chances are good that graduates will work as fuel cell developers of these future -oriented programs.
