In the period from July 15th to 22nd, 2025, ten members of the Bad Rappenau volunteer fire brigade took part in an intensive training under the motto "Electrical dangers at the site". The training courses took place on the site of Syna GmbH in Pleidelsheim and had the goal of conveying the knowledge of dealing with electrical systems and the associated dangers. Firefighters from Bad Soden am Taunus, Altenhain, Hattersheim, Eddersheim, Okriftel and Hochheim learned how to deal with damaged cable distributor cabinets, fallen trees on overhead lines and burning transformer stations. Andreas Halberstadt, a representative of Süwag corporate security, wished the firefighters that they returned healthy and safely from their missions. These valuable experiences and the collected expertise ultimately benefit the entire community and strengthen social interaction, as Christoph Arnold emphasized.
