The online holiday pass will then be activated again for everyone interested in how the city of Heidelberg announced in its press release Heidelberg.de. With over 150 great offers, there is something for everyone.

The holiday pass only costs 11 euros, but it is free of charge for children with a valid Heidelberg Pass or Heidelberg-Pass+. That makes it attractive for all families. A highlight this year: The city is organizing assistance supports for participants with disabilities in cooperation with Lebenshilfe. The city also pays the costs for this, so that all children have the opportunity to use the offers.

The holiday pass program, which is organized by the city of Heidelberg's child, youth and family support, promises a lot of variety. From theater performances to nature experiences and sports to musical activities and creative workshops - the palette is large. Roundnet, graffiti, disk golf, fencing and even an inline week are new to the program this year! That sounds after an exciting summer.

registration and raffle

The registrations are possible from June 26 to July 16, 2025. All interested parents and adolescents can then select their event participation via the online portal. The process is simple: First of all, the event requests must be registered in a first round until the deadline. In a second step, the participant places are raffled off automatically, whereby siblings or friends can also be raffled together, as the our-ferienprogramm.de explains.

During the raffle phase from July 17th to 22nd, 2025, the registration area of ​​the portal is not accessible, but don't worry: Parents are informed about the results by email. From July 23, all places that are no longer desired can be returned. Payment is then simply made online via PayPal, credit card or giropay or on site bar or with EC card.
