This means that Oettinger’s restaurant remains the only address in Fellbach, which is awarded a Michelin star. The restaurant focused on the last award of the stars in June. Gourmets and critics appreciate the reliability of the testers and were full of expectation of how the situation around Oettinger would develop. In the four -year term of Kay Lurz there were some changes. He brought a breath of fresh air to the restaurant, but the compatibility was ultimately decisive. Oettinger himself not only ensured stability through his return, but also underlined his commitment to maintaining and developing the culinary heritage in the region.
