Fraud shock in Murr: 40 cars without papers - Hess demands justice!

The car dealer David Hess from Murr (Ludwigsburg district) faces a massive fraud in the center of which the Untracable 40 Nissan Leaf stands. The purchase of these vehicles, which was carried out about a year ago about the Vivelacar company that was no longer existing, should promise a business with success. But now Hess has suffered a loss of 500,000 euros due to the lack of the vehicle papers and speaks of fraud that not only misleaded him, but also his customers, as the Marbacher Zeitung

When the first five vehicles were sold, everything still seemed to be fine. The vehicle documents were delivered on time and everything ran according to plan. But the appearance trough. A look at the further development shows that the successor company X-Mobility vehemently denies responsibility for the outstanding papers. The trouble went so far that Hess initiated legal steps against Vivelacar, but so far without success. "I suspect the papers are at the bank that financed the vehicles," says Heß.

The dark sides of the car trade

The misery of Hess is not an isolated case. There are numerous fraudsters on the Internet who are targeting good -faith buyers and sellers. According to the ADAC, there are various fraud stitches when buying a car that can affect both buyers and sellers. It is recommended to exercise caution when buying on the Internet and not to make any advance payments. Unsuspecting buyers could trick with so-called trust accounts, where they never pay to fake companies that never deliver the car, such as the adac explained.

HEß ’problems do not end: Complaints from buyers collect, since sales projects have already failed to several countries such as Iceland, Norway and Ukraine due to the lack of papers. These unsold vehicles not only block Hess ’company premises, but also endanger the liquidity of its car dealership. All further sales had to be reversed, which represents another complication on the financial situation of the company.

customer reviews and the role of Vivelacar

Dissatisfaction runs through the entire Vivelacar business model. Customers report on platforms such as trust pilot of termination without notice, and the emails on new contracts with X-Mobility GmbH leave many questions unanswered. This company cannot be found in the company register and the reused sales tax ID ensures additional skepticism. Critical reviews indicate possible fraudulent practices, which increases the outrage of the customers concerned, as is to be read to Trustpilot

In the middle of this chaos, a former managing director of Vivelacar announced that the 40 vehicles take back and complete the process within two weeks. However, it remains to be seen whether this will actually arrive. The whole situation raises questions and serves as a warning example for everyone who moves in the car trade: take a close look and do not let yourself be persuaded!
