An independent jury will select the winners and on November 20, 2025, the ceremony will be ceremony in the city hall Eislingen. proximity and commitment
Volunteering not only brings advantages for the community, but also for the committed people themselves. In fact, the trend shows that such activities often take place in sports clubs, because these represent the most common form of engagement. Germany has almost 86,000 sports clubs, and many people are voluntarily committed to the shared well -being there. In addition, over a million people are active in the volunteer fire brigade, who often also work only on a voluntary basis.
Another way to get socially involved are initiatives such as boards or charity organizations such as the German Red Cross, which have an increasing need for volunteers. Church projects also offer a wide range of opportunities, whether in the church choir, as a group leader or on the church council. The thought of moving together and helping people in need is in the foreground.
The "Voluntary Prize Landkreis Göppingen" recognizes such valuable initiatives and the commitment of many citizens who often work in silence without seeking great attention. At a time when challenges are overwhelmed, it is precisely those people who strengthen and revitalize our communities. So take a look around yourself, take part and let us achieve something together!
