Around 6.30 p.m. a fire broke out in a motorhome that was parked on the corner of Heidstraße/Neustrasse and Hirtenweg. When the fire brigade arrived, the vehicle had already started flames completely and went hand in hand with a strong smoke development. Tragic: Two people suffered serious injuries in the fire. The Karlsruhe fire brigade were used with several vehicles to control the fire, and the rescue workers were quickly on site to take care of the injured. The police have started the investigation to get the cause of the fire. At the moment it is still unclear how the fire could come about, which attracted many onlookers curiously to the site to observe what is happening.

Ten motorhomes stood in and in front of a hall when the fire broke out and all burned completely. The situation was so serious that adjacent residential buildings had to be evacuated. A fireman suffered slight injuries when extinguishing and was taken to the hospital as a precaution. In this case, the police also took over the investigation.
