Pink Bowl 2025: Football meets Tim Bendzko for a good cause!

The highly expected pink bowl took place in the Aalen Centus Arena on June 15, 2025. Around 4,200 enthusiastic spectators came to track the exciting duel between the Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns and the Pforzheim Wilddogs. However, the event had a special social purpose: the proceeds and donations went to the Pink Ribbon Germany initiative, which is campaigning for the education and support of breast cancer patients. The commitment of the event is remarkable, especially by the initiator Dana Krull, who was affected by the disease.

The event was not only shone through sporty highlights. During the half -time break, the well -known singer Tim Bendzko provided the best atmosphere and performed some of his hits, including "I'm not a machine" and "I still have to save the world". This was a successful contribution to raising awareness of the important health initiative. In addition, Christina Kempkes, the founder of Pink Ribbon Germany, and Nina Wengertsmann, the CEO of the Unicorns, supported the campaign. Wengertsmann emphasized the responsibility of the sports club to show a social attitude and to promote awareness of breast cancer.

a complete success on and next to the place

The audience could look forward to a sporty fair game, which had no complaints about referees or opponents. There was also a great atmosphere through around 60 cheerleaders, which also provided an extraordinary supporting program with the names Cheer4you, Golden Flames, Cheers Titans Hurricanes and United Stars. As an additional challenge, coaches of the Unicorns and players of the Aalen Legion brought the sport closer to children and adolescents in the run -up to the game.

For fans of the Unicorns, the Pink Bowl was also a special opportunity: it was a regular home game in the Erima GFL Regular Season, and owners of season tickets were able to activate with just a few clicks to take part in this event. If necessary, a proportionate reimbursement of the home game was also possible if someone wanted to forego their season ticket law (details on this can be found on the Unicorns website). The game was therefore not only a sporting event, but also an important event to support a quick early detection of breast cancer, which is extremely significant as part of the #Terwältwinden Germany campaign, which has been carried out since 2018.

Overall, the Pink Bowl became a valuable event that sensitized in a variety of ways to the most important health issue, breast cancer. With a well -organized event and a strong message, it was a successful mix of sports, music and social engagement.
