Customer centering in focus: Innovations at the Customer Centricity Forum

On June 5, 2025, over 300 participants met in the Center for Art and Media in Karlsruhe for the exciting event of the Customer Centricity Forum 2025, organized by CAS Software AG. Here the participants were offered a day full of exchange, innovation and inspiration that focused on customer centering. The event was not only a platform for captivating lectures, but also a place for networking and the development of future -oriented digital strategies.

A special highlight of the forum was the exclusive world premiere of a new product or concept. The participants were just as excited about the lectures by experts such as Sebastian Schreiber, Managing Director of Syss GmbH, who spoke about cyber attacks and IT security, as well as Prof. Dr. Dominik Georgi, who presented trends and best practices in the area of ​​customer centricity. The organizers also offered exciting insights to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and thus promoted the exchange between experts.

The forum offered many opportunities to have conversations and learn from the experiences of other industry experts. According to an analysis of EY, about 60 % of managers are unsure of how to optimize customer centering in your company. Customer satisfaction remains the most common indicator to measure the success of measures. At the same time, the studies show that consumers' expectations are constantly changing and that companies have to react accordingly. Up- and cross-selling is often seen as a way to consolidate customer loyalty and generate additional sales.

The events in Eppingen

The Customer Centricity Forum was not the only event that took place in the region during this time.
