For the Darmstadt and Frankfurt travel goals, the A5 from Walldorf motorway junction is recommended. Local diversions are also planned from the Schwetzingen/Hockenheim junction, including via the U74 on the B291 and then on the L599 to Schwetzingen.
In addition, a further full closure of the A6 between Sinsheim and Wiesloch/Rauenberg has recently been announced. This measure takes place from January 26th to 28th and serves to create a supporting structure for a new bridge that is built on a provisional steel structure.
