Last weekend, TV Waldrennach achieved a real feat by coming back from a 3-1 deficit against TV Neugablonz and ultimately winning 5-3. TV Waldrennach also delivered another thrilling duel against the Bavarian team TV Schweinfurt-Oberndorf on November 10th. This game was marked by a shocking moment: a collision between batsmen Michael Ochner and Bryan Killinger initially caused unrest in the team. While Ochner was able to continue playing despite the pain, Killinger had to leave the field and was replaced by Carsten Scheerer. Waldrennach still fought through, took the third set 11:9 and ultimately prevailed 5:4. Luca Egger was named “Man of the Match”, which underlines his excellent form.

The strong performance of TSV Dennach

In the same league, TSV Dennach is also causing a sensation and collected four points on the third matchday of the indoor Bundesliga. After a convincing 3-0 win against TV Unterhaugstett, where the sets were clearly won 11:5, 11:1 and 11:7, the team left nothing to be desired in the second game against TSV Pfungstadt. Despite initial difficulties, Dennach was able to win this match 3-1. These performances show that TSV Dennach also wants to get involved in the fight for the top places.
