Mayor Otto Ruppaner cordially invites all entrepreneurs from Leinfelden-Echterdingen to the upcoming “Entrepreneur Dialogue Leinfelden-Echterdingen”. The event will take place on Wednesday, July 9th at 6 p.m., admission begins at 5:30 p.m. The venue is the company campus Weitmann & Konrad GmbH & Co.KG in Friedrich-List-Straße 20-24. The event aims to promote entrepreneurial commitment and to improve the framework conditions for start-ups in Leinfelden-Echterdingen. In addition to the impulse contributions from 6 p.m., a get-together with drinks and snacks is offered. For curious participants, house tours will also take place in small groups through the future center.

The way to the start -up center

But what is behind the planned start -up center? According to municipal Zukunung.de, a comprehensive feasibility study was carried out. This includes the analysis of building law requirements, the investigation of the infrastructural conditions in the science area and the identification of possible cooperation partners. In addition, expert interviews and inspections of possible locations are carried out.

The study not only serves as the basis for the establishment of the start -up center, but also includes specific recommendations for action for sponsorship and operation. Preparations for the structural implementation are already underway and the planned start of the start -up center is targeted for 2025.
