The strategy is divided into seven sub -areas that are gradually implemented. A central point is the guarantee of stable finance and a solid infrastructure. Road and factory renovations are therefore planned to increase the quality of life in town. The topic of security is also particularly important: security measures regarding the pathway and flood protection are on the agenda. For this purpose, a first participation was organized in April, and a commission was founded to improve security on the Chemenbach.

A new highlight in the community is the lunch table organized for 15 children in Wigoltingen. Before that, the children had to go to Pfyn to eat there. This measure not only improves the social infrastructure, but also ensures better networking of families with each other.

Another project is the planned further development of the Zone Adler in the center of Wigoltingen. There are currently three variants for the associated construction projects. In addition, an industrial development project called Vision Hasli is being considered, which includes an area of ​​62,000 square meters between Wigoltingen and Müllheim. The municipality is already talking with the canton and Astra.

An important local recreation area for the citizens is the Vagoweiher, which was artificially created by gravel mining. The electricity plant is pleased with an excess of expenses in the network, but a profit surplus of CHF 19,400 in the area of ​​energy.

62 of those present voters also approved a supplementary loan of CHF 200,000 to purchase eleven underfloor containers. The agenda also includes considerations of a merger with other communities on social and integration issues.

A new Initiative in the community is the establishment of an association, the Storchen Club, which is supposed to take care of solving problems with storks in the region. The construction of a fence on the vago pond was also requested to increase security after a tragic incident.
