What can we expect in the idyllic Biberach? On Saturday, July 5, 2025, the Spitalhof will turn into the stage of the open-air concert of the Upper Swabian village musicians, and that promises to become a real experience! From 7 p.m. the ensemble will come with a new CD that was recorded in the first half of 2025. This event can only take place in good weather, so keep your fingers crossed!

The wind orchestra has developed its own style in over 40 years, not least thanks to the impressive compositions of the former director Peter Schad. The new CD not only has fresh titles from Schad and Michael Kuhn in their luggage, but also two pieces by the new director Simon Föhr. The audience can look forward to a colorful repertoire that is also enriched by soulful solos of the talented musician Klaus Merk, Markus Elser and Manuel Zieher.

The motto of the evening "Music with heart and passion" is very important in this concert. This is how vocal interludes join instrumental music: Carina Kienle and Simon Föhr present their voice in five of the 15 titles in the form of solos and duets. The event aims to inspire the audience with new pieces and singing.
