Dorint takes over Parkhotel Jordanbad: fresh wind for Biberach!

Biberach an der Riß is facing an exciting change in the hotel industry. The Dorint hotel group has announced that it will take over the renowned Parkhotel Jordanbad after the previous tenant, Parkhotel Jordanbad GmbH, withdraws after more than 20 years. This change comes into force on September 1, 2025. But don't panic, because Dorint has concluded a 15-year lease with the St. Elisabeth Foundation, which also includes an extension option, as Hotelvor9.

But what does that mean specifically for the hotel and its guests? Dorint is planning extensive investments of two million euros for the renovation and revitalization of the existing property. The renovations are intended to include parts of the rooms, the fireplace room, the lobby and the restaurants, while the company will continue to maintain. The Parkhotel Jordanbad, picturesque in the Allgäu-Bodensee holiday region, has 122 rooms in different categories to offer, which are distributed over three building complexes. The special location of the hotel enables direct access to the well-known Jordantherm and the huge sauna area, which includes over 9,000 square meters of wellness and spa areas.
