Architecture 2025: Discover Biberach hidden potential!

Laupheim, Deutschland - The "Day of Architecture" stands at the door and in 2025 the exciting motto "vacancy - gaps - potential!" on. Next Saturday, June 28, 2025, the Baden-Württemberg Chamber of Architects invites interested parties to discover the opportunities in housing and open space design. Markus Müller, President of the AKBW, ​​emphasizes how important it is to fully exploit the possibilities that are offered by vacancy. With pink yellow banners, flags and posters, this event is advertised in the region, and not only architects are cordially invited-everyone who is interested can participate.

In Biberach, an exciting program is offered. Visitors can experience three object visits as part of a tour tour with the minibus. The meeting point is on June 28, 2025 at 2 p.m. at the Landscape Park airfield/white picture. Under the expert guidance of Volker Arnold from the project team, the participants start with a presentation in Ingerkingen, where the transformation of a multi -purpose hall by the "Atelier Kaiser Shen" is presented. The historical park in Laupheim, which dates from the 1930s, is also visited before the tour in Gutenbrunnweg ends with cool drinks and snacks.

Another important point in the building culture of the region is the planned new construction of a residential building in the Haserboschen construction area. The self -operating housing industry has already taken the first steps. The project provides for the construction of a three-storey, inexpensive residential building with around 18 one to four room apartments. Thomas Jäger, the contact person for this project, says: "We see a lot of potential that we want to use here." The documents for interested architects are available online and the deadlines are clearly set. After all, a participation competition is advertised in which eight participants are to be chosen.

Biberach remains active in the construction sector and in February 2025 becomes the first address for everyone who is interested in sustainable building. The Bauplus construction plus will take place on February 22nd and 23rd in the Biberach town hall, where over 70 exhibitors will present their innovative solutions. Visitors can look forward to an exciting program that not only includes exhibition stands, but also 25 lectures that take place every half hour and deal with topics such as energy efficiency, smart home and modern heating systems.

The demand for the city fair is high, and it is even said that the town hall is fully booked. It is an ideal platform to exchange ideas with experts and to determine individual solutions for more efficiency in your own home. A good hand to make your own living space future -proof!

In order to participate in the events of the "Day of Architecture" and the construction fair, registration is required in both cases. Interested parties should register for the sightseeing tours by Monday, June 23. There are different admission prices for the fair, whereby admission for children and adolescents under the age of 18 is free.
